Engineering Services: HPS automation includes system design, hardware specification, custom panel design, electrical and mechanical control installation design, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) procedure development and as-built documentation.

Project Management: HPS automation is in a unique position to execute projects with the Customer’s best interest in mind. Project managers make assignments from a host of highly qualified technical resources, which results in a project team of dedicated personnel with the required skills, experience, and dedication. A highly skilled Project Manager who has experience in managing complex control system projects leads the team. This management structure ensures competence and the ability to respond to all Customer’s needs.

Start-Up & Commissioning Services: are performed by degreed and factory-trained technicians. HPS automation maintains a professional growth program which encourages our people to continually enhance their technical skills via factory training and continued education. All projects are performed and documented via “QA/QC” (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) process which incorporates industry-accepted standards (calibration, loop check, system commissioning, etc.) Customer’s specific requirements can be incorporated as requested.

HPS automation Operations and Maintenance: Training services are custom tailored to meet and even exceed customer’s expectations. Great care is taken to clearly define customer’s needs/expectations and then to properly prepare course agenda and content. Training is performed using applicable “training tools” and related documentation. Services are performed by professionals and factory personnel as needed.
